Community Guidelines
Effective 30 August 2026. JoyKan is an adult, activity-first, non-dating community. Be honest about the activity, cost, location, risk, skill level, language, group vibe, and images. Use only images you own or have permission to share. Keep replies, mentions, reactions, links, and room-gallery images relevant to the activity. Respect consent, privacy, notification choices, a declined request, and a clear “no.”
Not allowed
- Threats, violence, stalking, bullying, harassment, hate speech, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, content involving minors, or undisclosed dating/sexual solicitation.
- Illegal activity, weapons, drugs, dangerous challenges, fraud, spam, payment scams, direct-selling schemes, repeated links, mass mentions, or impersonation.
- Creating duplicate events or repeatedly shifting dates to monopolize Discovery, advertising through events, or funneling members into sales channels.
- Scraping attendee identities, repeated connection requests, unwanted invitations, or contact after decline/removal/block.
- Sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, or unsafe imagery; doxxing; hidden fees; misleading venues; evading blocks or filters; abusive appeals; or abusing Report tools.
Report, block, and emergencies
Use the in-context Report and Block controls; developer feedback is a separate channel. Reports preserve relevant evidence and may receive AI-assisted prioritization, but people make enforcement decisions and mass-reporting alone does not punish an account. Blocking removes pending or accepted connections and invitations. New images and suspicious event text may stay hidden until reviewed. For immediate danger, move to safety and contact local emergency services first; JoyKan is not an emergency service.
Enforcement
Responses can include warning, image or event removal, event cancellation, restriction, suspension, ban, evidence preservation, or referral depending on severity and recurrence.
