For account access, event, privacy, moderation, or technical questions, email support@joykan.app. Include the event title and a short description, but never send your password or one-time login code.
Safety reports
Use the in-app report and block controls when possible so the team receives the relevant event or message reference. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Profile inside JoyKan or use the account-deletion request page if you cannot access the app.
