Delete inside the app
Open Profile and choose “Delete account permanently.” JoyKan deletes the Clerk identity, clears profile fields and the attached profile photo, cancels hosted and joined activity, disables public event links, removes private Saves, Interested actions, feedback, connections, event invitations, attached event-cover images, and blocks. Only non-identifying check-in integrity or necessary safety/legal records may remain.
Request without the app
Email the address below from the login email and write “JoyKan account deletion.” Support will verify account ownership without asking for your password or one-time login code.
Support delivery is active. Never send a password or one-time login code by email.
